The Site provides information about our board games, news and updates, and a newsletter signup. The Site does not sell products directly. Links to purchase our games take you to third-party retailers, such as Amazon.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or subscribe to our newsletter. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the Site with a parent or guardian's permission.

All content on the Site, including game names, rules, artwork, illustrations, logos, text, graphics, and photographs, is owned by Scapegoat Studio LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law (for example, fair use for reviews and commentary, with attribution).

By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive emails from us about our games, updates, and announcements. The Site contains links to third-party websites, including Amazon. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, or practices. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and the third-party seller and is governed by that seller's terms. Please review their terms and privacy policies before you buy.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
• introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means without our permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation; or
• use the Site to send spam or unsolicited promotional messages.

If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other content (for example, by email), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content to improve our Site and games, without obligation to you.

Please do not send confidential information or unsolicited game design submissions. We do not accept outside game pitches, and we cannot be responsible for similarities with ideas you share with us.

Barnyard Blitz is a work of satire. Its parties, slogans and characters are fictional. Any resemblance to real political parties, politicians or barnyard animals, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site (including game details and availability) is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scapegoat Studio LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any third-party site or purchase linked from it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scapegoat Studio LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may suspend or block your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
